Conscious dreams have forms, whereas dreams at night, i.e. unconscious dreams, are beyond our control; they take on their own forms and content… As a painter, art gives me the power to play the creator, which is why I paint a ‘conscious dream’ with polymorphic structures that float like ‘soap bubbles’ in this cloudy backdrop – ‘“liquid dreams”, in fact.
